It’s not so difficult o reach this peachy state. What it takes is a decision, the necessary action, the right intention and appreciation for yourself. Acknowledging what is.
The struggle is to take each element when it’s needed and not rule out the opposite. Usually we feel more comfortable with one element and do not give enough space to its counterpart. The truth is that we need both. Integrity is a result of being both.
