Movement Snacks – 40 minute online session

This is not exercise.
So, what is it?
Movement Snacks is a 40-minute online session where we will together practice different embodied exercises that not only aim at compensating for a lack of movement when you work, but that intend to wake up and strengthen your body awareness so you are more of yourself even when at work.
The class lasts 40 minutes.
The classes begin and end with a check-in where you can note for yourself or share with the group how you are arriving and how you are feeling at the end of the session.
The practices are intended to allow you to become more aware of your body and for you to notice the effect a practice has for you personally, in addition to general benefits that I will share afterwards.
There will be focus topics varying from week to week:
- Relaxed eyes
- Flexibility
- Concentration
- Ease & Effectiveness
- Clarity
- Silence

Choose your contribution:
When you purchase your ticket, you choose what you want to contribute. The options are: €5, €10 and €15.
