General Terms and Conditions
Bodies at Work shares knowledge and provides practical tools of integrating the natural competences of the human body to support people in living a healthy and successful life and enabling them to find a healthy way of dealing with stress.
Technological advances are fantastic and will accompany us into the future. Humans, however, do not need to become more like machines to do better or be more productive. For too long we have been measured in numbers. I believe that giving more space to human factors and abilities in the workplace leads to a sustainable, successful and healthy life – for the companies and organizations as well as the people who contribute to them.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The costs for services (one-to-one sessions, trainings, training programs) are to be paid in advance or upon delivery/performance to the following bank account:

CANCELLATION PERIOD
AUSTRIA
Appointments are binding and can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the agreed date and time without any costs. Short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment) the session/service will become payable in full.
Packages or programs paid in advance are non-refundable. If appointments are cancelled on behalf of Bodies at Work for unforeseeable reasons and no alternative appointment (in person or online) can be agreed on within reasonable time, the value of the service that was not delivered/performed will be refunded.
INTERNATIONAL
Appointments are binding and can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the agreed date and time without any costs.
Cancellation fees for cancellations:
made up to 2 (two) weeks prior to appointment: 25 % of the full amount
made up to 1 (one) week prior to appointment: 50% of the full amount
Made less than 48 (forty-eight) hours prior to appointment: 100% of the full amount
Short-notice cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment) the session/service will become payable in full.
Packages or programs paid in advance are non-refundable. If appointments are cancelled on behalf of Bodies at Work for unforeseeable reasons and no alternative appointment (in person or online) can be agreed on within reasonable time, the value of the service that was not delivered/performed will be refunded. For packages purchased internationally, separately defined periods of validity may apply.
Packages / Programs
Personal or online coaching sessions or other services (i.e. training programs, training sessions) can be freely combined within the given period of validity, e.g. also in the form of intensives, and can be consumed within a shorter time frame. In case the services purchased are not made use of within the stated period of validity (which begins from the time of the first appointment/session) or alternative online sessions are not made use of, the remaining services/sessions become void. If for unplanned reasons, Bodies at Work is unable to deliver the service purchased, the duration of the package/program will automatically be extended by the respective time period.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (Legal Disclaimer)
If you would like to work with Bodies at Work, you are aware that getting one-to-one sessions, participating in workshops or classes or making use of online offers are no alternative to medical and/or psychological diagnoses or treatments. Any medical or other treatments that were prescribed by your doctor or therapist may only be changed in accordance with your doctor. The responsibility to clarify any ailments or symptoms with your doctor rests with you.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
In case of legal dispute the competent court in Vienna, Austria, is deemed to be agreed to as the court of jurisdiction responsible for the settlement of any dispute in connection with these General Terms and Conditions of Business.
