A coordinated force of nature

You are a force of nature. And this force is best enjoyed in a focused and coordinated way. To have all your forces aligned, I packed a bridge to presence for full-body concentration for you today into the presence practice parcel. It is an exercise that involves movements of the feet and arms. You can do it in the speed you like. The faster you do it, the more you need to trust that your body knows what it’s doing. Repeat the movement for 2-3 minutes and then take a minute or two to feel your body and give in to anything it wants. (E.g. lying down, stretching, being silent, small movements) And most of all, have fun!
  START: hip-width apart, eyes look straight ahead & defocused
STEP 1: feet point outwards & arms move up – palms down
  STEP 2: feet point straight & palms turn upwards
    STEP 3: feet point out & palms down
  STEP 4: feet point straight & arms back down (to starting position)
Repeat for 2-3 minutes.
