Breathing into your belly
It’s time for more breathing.
I’m inviting you to breathe in a way that the diaphragm opens on the inhale.
Your belly will move up and down with the in and out-breath.
This brings more awareness to what is going on to the belly.
You can practice your five minutes of breathing lying down and with your hands on your belly.
This way you can feel the movement more easily.
Alternatively, you can also do it sitting or standing.
I will opt for lying down – I’m lazy.
