What this online retreat offers you…

Weekly live gatherings

We meet every Monday from 7:00 – 8:00 PM CET online to start well into the week.

The online gathering are the heart and the basis of this online retreat as an anchor for your inward journey. 

The intention for each gathering is to nourish an aspect of your essence and provide space for reflection and self-discovery.

Mid-week check-in by email

During the week, you’ll receive an email reminder with the focus subject that supports you keep you attention on what you chose in the live session as your weekly intention.

 

Group support throughout the 12 weeks

There will be a WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram group for all participants so you can share your observations, insights and support each other during the retreat.

What communications tool we will use, will be jointly decided in thee first live session.

 

Q&A Completion sessions

To complete each module, there will be a live Q&A session where you can ask me anything on the subject.

This session is dedicated to completion, gaining new perspectives on uncertainties, doubts or questions you’ve encounted in the previous weeks.

Module 1: Becoming present

Weekly online gatherings

The first four weeks are dedicated to the primary elements of being present in the world.

What does it mean to you to show up fully as yourself?

Where can you gain trust in yourself to walk your path using your innate compass instead of relying on maps provided by others?

How to connect within yourself? What’s your way of being and staying connected to the world and the people around you?

Module 2: Seeing clearly

Weekly online gatherings
on Mondays 7 PM CET, October 26 – November 20

How we experience and perceive the world is greatly influenced by how we see and use our eyes. We greatly rely on our eyes to tell us about the world. Our eyes and minds can also get overwhelmed by the amount of visual input we meet in everyday life through screens.

In this module, we’ll be exploring different perspectives and embodied practices for the eyes so you can see more clearly, with less effort and in new ways.

Module 3: Pause – a powerful practice  

Weekly online gatherings
on Mondays 7 PM CET, November 23 – December 18

We’ll be exploring different ways of pausing, what pauses can do for you to create a shift in your experience and awareness. 

Pauses are moments of gathering and collecting yourself, and the offer a gentle way to strenghening your resilience, you ability to make new choices and experiencing yourself as a fuller body able to contain the richness of your experience.
