Bodywork in the context of attention training and awareness is what happens after you focused your attention on a sensation, movement or body area and what happens by itself as a result.
In this video you see the end of an exercise and the bodywork that happens afterwards. As important as the exercise per se is the time after. If you pay attention, you’ll see that there are some movements that I forced a bit because I felt like it and the body was unhappy in a place, and then it gets more quiet and there are a few moments when the movement comes from the body. It’s balancing and finding a new way of being.
